Before we begin, I propose an idea. For all of my posts in the festive season, I propose a song that should be listened to on loop while reading the article. My hope is that this will enhance the reading experience but for all I know it could turn out to be total crap. Regardless, here's my first choice. With the creation of video games came a social revolution. We got a new art form and one through which we could create our own stories and interact with. They are a form of entertainment that we can experience with our friends in a way that movies or tv just don't allow. Which is what I'm celebrating here. Basically, if you're hanging out with your friends or having some kind of get together, stick these on and the good times will just roll. This is essentially my first blog post. Sure, I did that intro one on Sunday but that was housekeeping. This one is me, this is what I want my blog to be. So be a bit kind about it. So, I was contemplating what my first blog should be about. I haven't watched any films recently (apart from Four weddings and a Funeral but I don't want to talk about that and you don't want to hear about that). This is a blog I'm starting. Reading this you'll have some questions and I'll answer them now, before I get to the exciting stuff. But first things first. My name is Henry, I'm 14 (damn near 15) and I'm making this blog because of a few reasons. 1. I enjoy writing. That may sound strange but writing stuff that entertains people makes me happy 2. People have told me I write in an entertaining and amusing manner. At the very least, the internet needs to know it's missing me 3. I'd like to be a journalist one day.
